Terms of Service
This English version is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the official text. If the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.
These Terms set out the conditions for using “Buzzmeijin!” (Japanese name: バズ名人!; the “Service”), provided by Shingo Ono (trade name: Chelate AI Works; the “Operator”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (The Service)
- The Service is a web service that uses AI to analyze the tendencies of a public video you link to — its structure, how its time is divided, its camera work, its sound design and so on (the “format”) — and generates a new video with a subject you specify. It also includes features that generate videos from text or images.
- The Service does not use the footage or audio of the original video in the generated output. Each output is newly generated by AI, based on the analyzed format and your instructions.
- For analysis and generation, the Service uses third-party AI platforms (models such as ByteDance Seedance, provided through BytePlus ModelArk, and models such as Qwen, provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio).
Article 2 (Accounts)
- You use the Service by signing in with a Google or LINE account.
- You are responsible for managing your account. The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
- If you are a minor and wish to buy credits, you must first obtain the consent of your legal guardian (parent).
Article 3 (Your Guarantee About the Videos and Materials You Enter)
- For the video links you enter for analysis, any additional instructions, and any images you upload, you guarantee that you hold the rights needed to use them with the Service, or that the use is within the scope permitted by law.
- A video you enter is fetched temporarily for analysis and deleted right after the analysis. The still frames used for the analysis and the analysis results are kept for the period set out in Article 8.
- If your violation causes damage to the Operator or a third party, you shall compensate for that damage.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not do any of the following.
- Using the Service for the purpose of making a video identical or similar to a third party’s work or footage, or any other act that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, publicity rights or privacy
- Trying to generate real people, brands, logos, or existing characters or works without the permission of the person or rights holder
- Generating obscene or sexual content, content that treats children sexually, violent or gruesome content, discrimination or harassment, or any other content contrary to public order and morals
- Publishing an output to deceive others, falsely presenting it as a record of a real event
- Crafting instructions to the AI in order to get around the Service’s restrictions or safety measures
- Unauthorized access to the Service’s systems, large volumes of automated requests, reverse engineering, or any other act that interferes with its operation
- Obtaining credits improperly (including claiming the free trial more than once through multiple accounts)
- Any act that violates, or may violate, the law
Article 5 (Rights and Responsibility for Outputs)
- You may use the generated videos (“outputs”), including posting them on social media and using them commercially.
- The Operator does not guarantee that outputs are original, that they do not infringe third-party rights, or that they are fit for any particular purpose. Because of how AI works, similar outputs may also be generated for other users, and depending on the degree of human creative involvement, an output may not be protected by copyright.
- When you publish an output, follow each platform’s rules and indicate that it was generated by AI (for example, with the platform’s AI-generated content label).
- You shall resolve, at your own responsibility and expense, any dispute arising from your use of an output.
Article 6 (Credits)
- Analysis and generation in the Service use prepaid credits. The number of credits used is shown on the pricing page and on the screen for each action.
- Credits expire 180 days after the day they are added. Expired credits cannot be refunded or added again.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If a generation fails, the credits used for that generation are returned automatically. If fetching or analyzing a video fails partway, the credits used for the analysis are returned.
- Free trial credits are limited to one per person.
Article 7 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)
The Operator may change, temporarily suspend or end the Service because of the availability of AI platforms, maintenance, outages or other circumstances. Changes that significantly affect users, such as prices or the number of credits used, will be announced on the Service in advance.
Article 8 (Storage Period)
Outputs, the still frames used for analysis, and uploaded images are deleted automatically once 30 days have passed since they were created. Please download any videos you need early. Deleted data cannot be restored, and no compensation is provided for it.
Article 9 (Reporting)
If you believe your rights are being infringed through use of the Service, please contact us via the contact page (support@buzzmeijin.com). We will review the report and take action, such as removing the content.
Article 10 (Suspension of Use)
If you violate these Terms, the Operator may, without prior notice, suspend your use of the Service, delete your outputs, or take any other necessary measures.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator’s liability for damage caused to you by the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to the Operator for the Service in the preceding six months, and the Operator is not liable for indirect damage or lost profits.
Article 12 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
You represent and guarantee that you are not an organized crime group or other anti-social force, and that you have no relationship with any of them. If a violation comes to light, the Operator may suspend your use without notice.
Article 13 (Changes to These Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms when it considers it necessary. When it does, it will announce the changed Terms and the date they take effect on the Service before that date.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, as the court of first instance, of the district court that has jurisdiction over the Operator’s location in Japan. However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or region where you live.
Article 15 (Language)
The Japanese text of these Terms is the official version. The English version is a translation for reference. If the content differs, the Japanese version prevails.
