Bugs and payments

Including the following helps us look into it faster.

• The sign-in method you used (Google or LINE) and your display name
• What happened, when, and the page URL (the part starting with “?run=”)
• For payments, the date, time and amount of the payment

Reporting rights infringement

If you believe a video made with the Service infringes your rights (copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights and so on), please send us the following. We will review it and take action, such as removing the video.

• Your name (or organization) and contact details
• The right being infringed, and the work or information it is based on
• Information that identifies the video in question (such as a URL)
